Results

We want to thank all those involved in the creation of the AJCC Strategic Plan, participants in the many focus groups, individuals that gave feedback on the drafts of the plan, members of the Strategic Planning Committee and current members of the Strategic Task Forces.

The Strategic Planning Committee spent countless hours discussing critical issues and concerns for the AJCC now and in the future, and how to present the findings in a way that allows us to form the AJCC’s future strategic direction.

We want to thank Mike Hoff for his leadership and guidance through the entire planning process.

Now that the plan document is completed and approved, the work of the Strategic Planning Committee and Task Forces goes forward to implement the plan. New ideas, programs and services will be created to meet the needs of AJCC members and the greater Long Beach and West Orange County Communities.

The final draft of the Alpert Jewish Community Center [AJCC] Strategic Plan for 2009 - 2010 - 2011 was adopted by the Board of Directors at the monthly meeting on November 28, 2008.
