As we continue to reopen the center, we will start scanning badges as you check in at the front desk as of October 1.  If you have not received a badge yet, please input your name and email below and upload a passport style photo below. Membership staff will also be available for in person assistance and badge printing Monday, Sep 27th  – Friday, Oct 1 from 10am – 12pm or 1:30pm- 3:00pm.
