J baby was created to serve as a positive space for parents to have #realparenting moments. Through our programming we hope to help new parents connect and build a broader social support network. We know that building connections to the outside world is so important for new parents who can easily be overwhelmed balancing work, parenting, and mountains of laundry. Creating a safe community that embraces parents as they are is incredibly important to us. The sleep deprived, cranky, and fussy are always welcome (babies too)!

J baby Yoga | Tuesdays
J baby Yoga incorporates strengthening, breath-work, and body awareness while engaging the babies throughout the class. Come celebrate your new child, and share this special time bonding with your baby and other parents. Relatives and friends are welcome, too!
J baby Happy Hour | Wednesdays
A social destination for new and seasoned parents alike. Focus on nurturing relationships, creating friendships, strengthening the bond between parent and baby, and fostering new parents’ growth, knowledge, and wellness. Relatives and friends are welcome, too!
J baby Stride | Thursdays | Marina Vista Park by the tennis courts, Long Beach
J baby Stride is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for parents & babies. Each workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Relatives and friends are welcome too!
J baby Tot Shabbat | Last Friday of month
Join us as we sing songs, play games, light Shabbat candles, and recite the traditional blessings. There will be time for free play and social time. Juice and challah available for parents. Relatives and friends are welcome, too!

In the Chakra Yoga Flow, each week the sequence will focus on each chakra, starting from the bottom working our way up. The aim of the practice is to get our energy flowing and to bring awareness to our mind-body connection. Noticing any stiffness, blockages, or stagnant energy in our body and through yoga, allowing that energy to flow freely. Participants will receive an E-BOOK that dives deeper into explaining each chakra. The E-book includes: journal prompts, affirmations, and suggested activities and/or practices to connect deeper with each chakra into your day-to-day life. It is designed for you to work on one chakra per week.
