Kickstart the new year by saying YES to a healthier you! During this 4 week journey, we will be focusing on losing body fat and feeling better. This is a wonderful way to torch calories as we head into the holidays.
Give us 4 weeks, and we will give you better health. We will be working on stabilization endurance, strength endurance, and cardio/endurance. The movements are sure to get you to your goal.
Boot Camp sessions last 30 minutes, and are offered at 6 AM and again at 6:30 AM. Join us for the time that works for you!
