In the Chakra Yoga Flow, each week the sequence will focus on each chakra, starting from the bottom working our way up. The aim of the practice is to get our energy flowing and to bring awareness to our mind-body connection. Noticing any stiffness, blockages, or stagnant energy in our body and through yoga, allowing that energy to flow freely. Participants will receive an E-BOOK that dives deeper into explaining each chakra. The E-book includes: journal prompts, affirmations, and suggested activities and/or practices to connect deeper with each chakra into your day-to-day life. It is designed for you to work on one chakra per week.
Week 1: Root Chakra: grounding flow. re-connect with your foundation.
Week 2: Sacral Chakra: hip-opening flow. Explore your pleasure & guilt.
Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra: core & twisting flow. Explore self-love and self-esteem.
Week 4: Heart Chakra: Heart-opening & back bending flow. Get in touch with LOVE and relationships with yourself and others.
Week 5: Throat Chakra: Jaw & neck releasing flow. Find your voice & speak your truth.
Week 6: Third eye Chakra: Yoga flow to explore inversions. Get in touch with your intuition.
Week 7: Crown Chakra: Whole-body balancing flow of all chakras. Feel the connection to Self and Divine.
