Catherine Edelstein:
Catherine is a Master’s level Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee who has been working with JFCS since December 2019 while completing her schooling with California State University, Long Beach. Prior to becoming a therapist, she worked as a case manager supporting homeless families and individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area. The populations she has been most drawn to supporting continue to be trauma survivors, individuals with dual diagnoses and people experiencing homelessness and/or low socioeconomic status. Catherine empowers her clients to accomplish their goals using various different counseling modalities.
Vikky Joma:
Vikky is a Master’s level Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee who has been working with JFCS since December 2019.  She is currently in the last year of her graduate program at California State University, Dominguez Hills. She works with a diverse population including children, individuals, and couples. She enjoys working with couples and doing individual work with trauma survivors and victims of domestic violence. Vikky utilizes a variety of techniques and incorporates support and discovery to help her clients develop new ways to cope.
