LET GO OF 2020 – WELLNESS DAY

Let’s celebrate and let go of 2020 on December 20. The classes on this schedule will focus on creating energy for the year ahead. This year has taught us to be adaptable, creative, and patient! We want to express our gratitude for the connections we have created with each and every single one of you. Join us, take a day to self-care as we let go of 2020!

WELLNESS DAY CLASS SCHEDULE

 

 8:30 AM | YOGA JOURNEY

Breathe in a new life in this yoga practice. This class will inspire openness and strength. The posture, breathing, relaxation, and meditation are taught classically and in a practical way that will help bring synchronicity and balance to people’s lives.

9:30 AM | TOTAL BODY FUSION

Burn fat, increase energy, and boost metabolism in this fusion of cardio, strength, and core moves. 

INSTRUCTOR: Tami Santy

 

10:30 AM |  SILVER SNEAKERS COMBO CIRCUIT/CLASSIC

Have fun moving to the music through a variety of exercises for cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. You can be standing or seated for this COMBO class.

10:30 AM | MOVEMENT AND MUSIC

(AGES 2-6) THIS IS A PARENT AND ME PROGRAM 

Come dance to beats and play as we improve coordination through 45 mins of movement as we burn energy!

11:45 AM |  ZUMBA

Ready for a little dancing? In this class, we combine Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout.

1:30 PM | Health and Happiness by Honing your Habits: Creating the 2021 You Desire

Join in for a body shakeout, this is the perfect time to do a few beginner moves!

3:00 PM | SKINCARE WELLNESS

The esthetician is in! Come join the skincare therapist, Rachel Van Raalte, for an interactive workshop on all things skincare. This session will be customized to address the specific concerns of the participants in addition to reviewing the key steps of a daily skincare routine and sharing tips and tricks for optimal skincare wellness. You won’t want to miss this fun and informative workshop! Recommended for teen skin through aging skin and everything in between.

3:00 PM | KID FITNESS (AGES 6-12)

Develop skills to increase strength, balance, and cardio capacity through the art of play and movement.

4:30 PM | NUTRITION 101 FOR WELLNESS

A simple guide to healthy eating and snacking for overall wellness. Join in as we discuss the role nutrition plays in our lives.

LECTURER: Storm Cole, Holistic health provider and Clinical Nutritionist

 

6:00 PM | MEDITATION 

A key to peace as we end the day. Breathe as a Teacher as we end the year. Breathe as a Teacher to start the NEW YEAR!
