Power Yoga is an athletic meditation in motion. It is both a physical and mental exercise, encompassing all components of fitness — strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, balance, and endurance. This full-body workout will burn more calories than a traditional yoga class, therefore helping in weight loss and toning.
