Increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength using elastic tubing with handles, hand-held weights, and a ball is alternated with low-impact aerobics. A chair is used for support.
You will need water, a chair, hand-weights, resistance band, and small ball (or squishy object). Equipment optional can modify if not available.
This class is done mostly standing.
