Have fun moving to the music through a variety of exercises for muscular strength and movement range. Elastic tubing with handles, hand-held weights, and a ball is needed. Chairs used for support.


You will need water, a chair, hand-weights, a resistance band, and a small ball (or squishy object). Equipment optional can modify if not available.

This class is done mostly seated.
