Improve your memory and stay socially connected through interactive games and other stimulating activities!
Train Your Brain 2 is a whole-person approach for the mind, body and soul to reduce the risk of memory loss. By practicing daily activities to improve the quality of life, the participant will discover new ways to connect cognitively and socially to everyday living. Studies show that staying socially and mentally active helps build reserves of brain cells to protect against memory loss.
Leslie Ciletti, MS, CTRS, RTC, CDP, CMCDP, CADDCT has worked in the field of memory care over 20 years using a Person-Centered Care approach.
Leslie is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional and a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer. She is passionate about educating the community on healthy aging strategies and solutions and has facilitated caregiver support groups, presented to professional organizations, universities, faith-based communities, and memory care settings.
