Increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength using elastic tubing with handles, hand-held weights, and a ball is alternated with low-impact aerobics. A chair is offered for support.

This is a series of creative workshops for artists and non-artist. Anyone can learn to draw with practice and instruction! Materials Needed (keep it simple, can be a pencil, pen, markers, paints - whatever is handy) and any kind of paper. Ages 10+
You will need: yoga mat, OPTIONAL 2 yoga blocks, A foam wedge if you have wrist issues, Strap (belt, robe strap), Folded towel or blanket
