We have been working hard to bring you more ways to workout at home. Look at this page as your home base for schedules and updates about what classes to take and when. Below you’ll find links to Zoom Meetings where you can access our live classes lead by AJCC fitness instructors from the J, including our Fitness & Wellness Director, Elsie Bennett.

Join our Live Fitness Classes

Click the links below at the time they are scheduled to login to the live ZOOM call. We hope you’re enjoying taking these classes. If you do one of our workouts take us using #AJCCVirtualFitness.

  • Click into the class a few minutes early to make sure you’re logged on when the class starts.
  • Please pin your instructors so you can see the instructor video as the largest box. Here’s how:
    • On the computer, you click the 3 dots and choose “pin video”
    • On iPad click the instructor box 2x
  • The instructor will mute all when class begins. If you have questions or comments during the class, please use the chatbox on the bottom of the screen to speak with the instructor. Please note there is a private and public option.

Please note: Fitness classes are via the Zoom Platform. You will need to download the zoom app when you click the links below!

MONDAY

  • 9 am- Yoga with Kristina CLICK HERE TO JOIN THE CLASS Password: 380111
    • You will need: yoga mat, OPTIONAL 2 yoga blocks, A foam wedge if you have wrist issues, Strap (belt, robe strap), Folded towel or blanket
  • 10:00 am- Silver Sneakers Classic with Cindi CLICK HERE TO JOIN THE CLASS Password: 380111
    • You will need: water, chair, hand-weights, resistance band, and small ball (or squishy object). Equipment optional can modify if not available.
  • 11 am- Zumba Gold with Ace CLICK HERE TO JOIN THE CLASS
    • You will need: water a towel and a smile
  • 6 pm- Strength Training with Elsie CLICK HERE TO JOIN THE CLASS Password: 380111
    • You will need: hand-weights, mat (If you don’t have weights, it’s OK we will modify)
    • canceled for the holiday on Monday, May 25th.

TUESDAY

WEDNESDAY
