Join us for these extra special classes made to have fun and get your body fit! These classes are not part of the group fitness classes and require payment. As a member of the Alpert JCC, you will only pay a small membership fee and non-members can attend this class for an additional fee.

HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES
- For the safety of our members and staff, it’s required to wear a cloth face covering during all outdoor fitness classes.
- Every member and non-member MUST complete the Health Check Questionnaire before coming to the J in an effort to speed up the check-in process. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will receive a confirmation email with a pass or no pass, depending on your answers. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contact list to avoid your confirmation email being sent to your junk mail. Once you get to the J, just show us your email, we’ll take your temperature, and we’ll give you the Health Check Sticker!

Tired of feeling out of shape? Unhappy with the way you have been feeling? Are you looking to get fit and burn major calories? If you answered yes to all those questions then this is the class for you. Join us for 4 weeks of Boot camp/Circuit training. During this 4 week journey, we will be focusing on losing body fat and feeling good! Give us 4 weeks and we will give you better health. We will be working on stabilization endurance, strength endurance, and cardio/endurance. The movements are sure to get you to your goal. This is a 45 min class!
