What's Going on With Camp Komaroff?
AKA "Summer Youth Program" SUMMER 2020
We are pleased to let you know that our “Summer Youth Programming” will begin on July 6th. As you might expect, this summer will be a little different, so much so that we are calling Camp Komaroff something else. Don’t worry…we will still have a great time, experience new things, and make new friends, but we’ll be calling it “Summer Youth Program.”
Our reopening will follow the regulations and guidelines set by the CDC, state, and local government officials, as well as our AJCC leadership.

Since 1960, Camp Komaroff has been here to support children. We believe our camp helps foster meaningful relationships, uncover hidden talents, develop new skills, and help children become more independent. Our camp is a safe space for all campers to come and explore who they are, their connection to Judaism, and their community. We have welcomed over 20,000 campers since the start of Camp Komaroff, and we hope our child will be one of them this Summer.
At the Alpert Jewish Community Center, we encourage growth, inspire confidence, and provide framework for lasting memories and friendships. We provide quality programs that are age appropriate, fun, and safe. Our camp is filled with a sense of SIMCHA (joy), KEHILA (community), RUACH (spirit), and KEF (fun). Throughout all of our programs, we encourage discovery and self-exploration. The Alpert Jewish Community Center is a warm and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of religious affiliation.
The Alpert JCC’s Camp Komaroff is officially accredited by the American Camp Association
